PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing beverage using Gynostemma pentaphyllum saponin extract is provided to prevent adult diseases and cancer proliferation suppression. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing beverage, capsule, and ample using Gynostemma pentaphyllum comprises: a step of selecting and washing Gynostemma pentaphyllum; a step of drying the Gynostemma pentaphyllum at 50-80°C for 12 to 24 hours; a step of extracting at 1.2kg/cm^2 using a high pressure extractor for 30 to 120 minutes to obtain 10-500mg/g of Gynostemma pentaphyllum saponin; a step of mixing the Gynostemma pentaphyllum saponin extract with sweetener and acidulant; a step of boiling the mixture; and a step of packing in a can or pouch in 140-170 ml and removing air. |
