PURPOSE: An electronic control apparatus is provided to comprise a case positioned near the side of a semiconductor device by forming a protrusion on the case. CONSTITUTION: A ECU comprises a circuit board, a MOSFET(31) which is a semiconductor device, and a case(50). The circuit board is the FR-4 printed wiring board made of the glass fabric and the epoxy resin. The power MOS switches the current supplied from a battery via a connector to the motor. The case has a first cover and a second cover made of the aluminium plate or the zinc steel plate. |
