NON-WOVEN FILTER AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A nonwoven filter and a processing method thereof are provided to shape-process non-woven fabric for processing initial processing water and form a spiral structure of independent shape which has small weight contrast to surface area and prevent filters to be tangled, thereby having excellent economic efficiency which does not influence to the processing water even reusing the filter more than ten times. CONSTITUTION: A non-woven filter is manufactured with a non-woven fabric cloth. After cutting the geo-textile fiber fabric of thickness 3~5mm into diameter 14~30mm, and length 50~85mm and after cutting the central part into 30~50mm from the center part of the longitudinal direction, the filter is artificially made into spiral shape by passing through one end into a cut part. The manufacturing method of a nonwoven filter comprise as follows; a step of cutting the nonwoven fabric into interval 30~50mm from the longitudinal direction after cutting the nonwoven fabric into thickness of 3~5mm, diameter 14~30mm, and length 50~85mm according to the usage, a step of drawing the cut geo-textile fiber fabric piece out to original direction after bending the geo-textile piece.
