PURPOSE: A vibration-proof rubber mount assembly is provided to prevent vibration from becoming transferred to a fixed article and to prevent the defect of the fixed article since a vibration-proof member first absorbs vibration from a ceiling panel. CONSTITUTION: A vibration-proof rubber mount assembly comprises a vibration-proof member(20) and a pair of fixed bolts(30). Through-holes(21a,21b) are respectively formed on upper and lower ends of the vibration-proof member to face each other. The heads of the fixed bolts are formed on the upper and lower parts in the vibration-proof member. The screws of the fixed bolts are respectively protruded outwardly from the upper and lower parts through the through-holes. The fixed bolts are connected by a connecting member in the vibration-proof member.
