FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to obstetrics and perinatology, and may be used to forecast course of pregnancy in prenatal period. For this purpose initially side of predominant arrangement of placenta is determined with the help of 2D ultrasonic examination, functional test of expecting mother is taken in 2-3 term. Triplex scanning of surface femoral vein is carried out, and consistency of valve unit of veins in the right and left inferior limbs is investigated by Valsalva test. In case of expressed deficiency of 2nd degree of valve unit in common femoral vein in a limb, which is homolateral relative to location of placenta, threatening condition of fetus is forecasted. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of diagnostics and to select adequate obstetric strategy. ^ 5 ex |
