PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-avian influenza virus agent exhibiting excellent effects on H5 subtype avian influenza virus from excessive oyster shells increasing according to the enlargement of oyster-cultivating production activity.SOLUTION: The anti-avian influenza virus agent effective on the H5 subtype and the whole subtype avian influenza virus contains calcined lime or slaked lime originated from the oyster shells. The food container, the sanitary good, the material for the livestock industry for the mammals or the fowls, and the feed for the livestock industry comprise the material containing the antivirus agent.
