PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device capable of improving output of an electric signal of a prescribed band, such as an FM signal, in the photoelectric conversion device which outputs the electric signal of the prescribed band by photoelectric conversion.SOLUTION: An optical receiver 1, which converts an optical signal into an electric signal in an optical transmission system, includes: a PD2 which converts the optical signal into the electric signal; an RF output terminal 3 which outputs a prescribed high-frequency signal of the electric signal outputted from the PD2; an FM output terminal 4 which outputs a prescribed low-frequency signal of the electric signal outputted from the PD2; a high-frequency transmission line 10 capable of flowing back only the high-frequency signal and a low-frequency transmission line 11 capable of flowing back the low-frequency signal, the both transmission lines flowing back a part of the electric signal outputted from the PD2 to the PD2 without passing through the RF output terminal 3 and the FM output terminal 4; and a resistor R1 for adjusting shunt ratio of current to the FM output terminal 4 out of current outputted from the PD2. |
