摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a Pt/C catalyst which provides a high output performance under a low humidified condition, and to provide a fuel cell of high output performance which uses the catalyst.SOLUTION: The composition range of niobium oxide which is added to an electrode catalyst for a fuel cell is set to be 0.005-0.05 at molar ratio against platinum or platinum alloy. By this, the output performance of a fuel cell can be significantly improved.
