PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify constitution of a battery itself, and to simplify constitution when arranging arrayingly the batteries.SOLUTION: This battery includes a battery casing BC having a bottomed cylindrical can body of flat shape, and a substantially planar lid part 2 attached to an open part of the can body, is arranged with an electric power generation element 3 having a pair of electrode plates and collectors 4, 6 connected to the electrode plates, in an inside of the battery casing BC, and is constituted to draw out electrode terminals 5, 7 adjacent to the collectors 4, 6 to an outside penetratedly through the lid part 2. In the battery, the electrode terminals 5, 7 are formed planarly, an attaching posture of the electrode terminals 5, 7 is arranged to get to an erected posture to penetrate the lid part 2 at a posture with normal directions of plate faces of the electrode terminals 5, 7 laid along a flat face of the battery casing BC, and to be directed toward an outside of the battery casing BC from a penetrated portion of the lid body 2 in the electrode terminals 5, 7 up to an outer side end part of the battery casing BC, and a space between the electrode terminals 5, 7 and the lid part 2 is sealed with metal-resin junction. |
