PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED illumination lamp capable of emitting uniformly colored light by wavelength conversion using an LED as a light source, excellent in heat dissipation, and capable of emitting high luminance light.SOLUTION: The LED illumination lamp 1 includes: a light-emitting diode element 5 installed on a base body 2; a light-transmitting LED cover 4 installed on the base body so as to semi-spherically cover the light output side of the light-emitting diode element; a phosphor layer 3 formed on the inside of the cover to convert the wavelength of light from the light-emitting diode element; a radiator 6 made of SiC, which is pasted to the backside of the base body; and a thermal via 9 formed so as to pass through the base body at a position right below the light-emitting diode element of the base body. |
