PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agile processing/communicating system of video image on a construction site, which transmits conditions of the construction site/worksite in a repair work of a condominium building, etc. in a finely-tuned real-time image to a supervisor such as a first-class architect and promoters such as condominium residents physically far away from the site, so as to achieve a "clear and transparent construction site" between the construction site and the supervisor, promoters, while obtaining rational and efficient construction administration by the supervisor being short on staff, qualitative improvement both in administration tasks and the construction work with appropriate instructions and also relief of the promoters.SOLUTION: A video-image processor/transmitter equipped with a video camera and a mobile communication mechanism is agilely brought in the construction site, so that the images taken by the video camera is digitally converted thereby, a JPEG-formatted image file is created, a date/time signal acquired from a timer is synthesized on this image file, and then the images or e-mails are transmitted to a mobile communication terminal device specified by PHS communication or wireless WAN, or otherwise to a wire communication terminal device, over communication networks such as the Internet. |
