PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission system, an information transmission device and a program which can establish communication without reducing transmission speed even when signal waveform to be transmitted on a transmission path changes due to loss in the transmission path.SOLUTION: A first information transmission device transmits predetermined first information making values of a plurality of bits the same by each successive bits to a transmission path in serial when establishing communication, and a second information transmission device establishes the communication based on the first information when the first information is received via the transmission path. |
