PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly open a door when a locking means is under a locked state.SOLUTION: This operation device for a door latch includes a locking and unlocking means (94) capable of displacing door-opening operation forces of an outside handle provided in a vehicle outside of the door in a vehicle, and an inside handle provided in a vehicle inside of the door, to an unlocked state transmittable to the door latch capable of holding the door in a closed position, and a locked state incapable to be transmittable thereto, and a locking means (93) displaceable to the unlocked state capable of releasing latching of the door latch and the locked sate incapable of releasing the latching of the same by an door-opening operation of the inside handle, when the locking and unlocking means (94) is under the unlocked state, and a driving means (14) driven based on the door-opening operation of the inside handle. The door latch is latch-released substantially simultaneously with an operation of displacing the locking means (93) from the locked state to the unlocked state, by power of the driving means (14) based on the door-opening operation of the inside handle, when the vehicle is stopped and when the locking and unlocking means (94) is under the unlocked state. |
