PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration actuator increasing amplitude without reducing the number of arms and width even with a structure of supporting a magnetic circuit part with one suspension.SOLUTION: In the structure, a bend part in a plane direction is provided to the arm intermediate part of the suspension. Thus both amplitude increase and stability of vibration characteristics are achieved, and metal fatigue of the suspension caused in vibration can be reduced by incorporating the suspension in a state deformed in the expansion/contraction direction of the vibration direction of the magnetic circuit part in advance. Further, service life of the whole component is made longer by these effects and components friendly to the natural environment can be produced. |
