PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt carrying device capable of carrying a carrying object by surely changing the carrying direction of the carrying object by a pulley part changing in the belt traveling direction.SOLUTION: This belt carrying device has a plurality of pulleys, an endless round belt 30 wound on an annular groove of the respective pulleys, and a guide mechanism for guiding the carrying object W, and carries the carrying object W on the round belt 30 while guiding by a guide mechanism by making the round belt 30 travel. At least one of the pulleys functions as a direction changing pulley 20 for changing the carrying direction of the carrying object W in a horizontal plane by rotating horizontally, and the guide mechanism has a guide member 47 arranged at an interval from an outer peripheral surface of the direction changing pulley 20. An annular groove 20a of the direction changing pulley 20 is formed so that the round belt 30 and the carrying object W on the round belt 30 are arranged above and below, and the carrying object W on the round belt 30 is guided by a groove bottom surface of the annular groove 20a, a groove sidewall on the upper side in the width direction and the guide member 47. |
