PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainless steel sheet for photoetching-processing providing good flattening, little warping after etching and also, excellent stickness with photoresisting film and further, excellent spring-limited value.SOLUTION: The stainless steel sheet is manufactured, with which after applying cold-rolling (temper-rolling) at ≥10% rolling-reduction ratio to the stainless steel sheet having the chemical components composed of ≤0.15% C, ≤1% Si, ≤2% Mn, ≤0.045% P, ≤0.03% S, 5-15% Ni, 15-25% Cr, 0.02-0.2% N, 0-3% Mo, 0-3% Cu, 0-0.5% the total of one or more elements selected from the group of Ti, Nb and V, and the balance Fe with impurities, a reformation is performed with a tension-leveler and a heat-treatment is applied in the temperature range of 700-800°C for <60sec while giving the unit-tension having <49 MPa tension. |
