PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield sheet capable of eliminating a contact failure to an earth-side member and increasing a contact area to the earth-side member, and to provide an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: In a peripheral part of this shield sheet 9 for bringing a circuit board into contact with the earth-side member 6, a flexible conductor 8 reducing by its flexure the thickness between one surface connected to the peripheral part and the other surface in contact with the earth-side member 6 is arranged between the one surface and the other surface. The flexible conductor 8 includes: a foamed member 81; a conductive sheet 82 wrapping and covering the foamed member 81; and a double-sided tape 83 stuck to one surface of the conductive sheet 82, and the flexible conductor 8 is connected by the double-sided tape 83. |
