PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a steep rise in device costs, and further to perform proper cooling processing on light-emitting elements.SOLUTION: A photoirradiation apparatus 50 includes: a plurality of LEDs 51 juxtaposed so that a document P1 is irradiated with light; an LED support substrate 52 where the plurality of LEDs 51 are mounted to one side; and a fixing plate 54 to which the LED support substrate 52 is fixed while the other side of the LED support substrate 52 is close or in contact (in contact in the present embodiment). Then, the fixing plate 54 includes a heat radiating hole 541b for radiating heat generated by the LEDs 51. |
