PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process of manufacturing a fluororubber molded product which has an increased fluororesin ratio on the surface of the fluororubber, low friction, non-adhesiveness and surface water/oil repellency.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a process of manufacturing a fluororubber molded product including a kneading step (I) of kneading a fluororubber (A) consisting of tetrafluoroethylene/propylene copolymer, a fluororesin (B) and a crosslinking agent (C), above the melting point of the fluororesin (B) under the condition that the crosslinking reaction does not advance, to obtain a crosslinkable fluororubber composition; a molding and a crosslinking step (II) of molding crosslinkable fluororubber composition and crosslinking it to obtain a crosslinked-molded product; and a thermal processing step (III) of heating the crosslinked-molded product at or above the melting point of the fluororesin (B) to obtain the fluororubber molded product. |
