PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion for improving water resistance of a conventional emulsion using a tackifier resin, a plasticizer, a softener, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, a crosslinking agent, a pigment or the like and the blending effect of a chloroprene-based polymer (CR), a styrene-butadiene-based polymer (SBR), an acrylic polymer (ACM) or the like to the emulsion, and to provide a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The emulsion contains 3 wt.% conventional emulsifier and a hydrophobic material emulsified and stabilized by a hydrophilic group-containing polymer and has 10-200 nm average particle diameter. The method for producing the emulsion is provided. |
