The present invention relates to a perfluoropolyether-modified polysiloxane represented by general formula (1): wherein X is a divalent group represented by formula —CH2—, —CH2O—, —CH2OCH2— or —Y—NR—CO—, R1, R2, and R3 are, independently of each other, an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or an aryl group; X′ is a divalent group represented by formula —CH2—, —OCH2—, —CH2OCH2— or —CO—NR—Y′— a is, independently of each other, 0 or 1; z and z′ are, independently of each other, an integer of 5 to 100; and Rf is a divalent group represented by the following general formula (2): —CtF2t[OCF2CF(CF3)]m—OCF2(CF2)rCF2O[CF(CF3)CF2O],CtF2t—  (2) or by the following general formula (3): —Ct′F2t′(OCF2CF2)u(OCF2)vOCt′F2t′—  (3).
