RESOURCE ALLOCATION METHOD FOR PHYSICAL MULTICAST CHANNEL AND DEVICE THEREOF

A resource allocation method for Physical Multicast Channel (PMCH) is disclosed by the present invention. The method includes that: a network side device allocates resource allocation cycle respectively for multiple PMCHs which have different scheduling cycles, and allocates one or multiple groups of location information for each PMCH, the location information instructs the location of the Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service Single Frequency Network (MBSFN) subframe resource allocated for the PMCH in the PMCH resource allocation cycle; the network side device instructs the resource allocation cycle and the location information to a terminal. A resource allocation device for PMCH is also disclosed by the present invention. With the present invention, the efficiency of the resource allocation is improved and the continuation of the PMCH subframe resource is improved.
