PURPOSE: A method for integrally lifting upper and lower structures is provided to consecutively and effectively lift upper and lower structures by resisting against an upper load. CONSTITUTION: A method for integrally lifting upper and lower structures is as follows. Lifting units(130) with hydraulic jacks are installed on the bottom surface of an upper structure(120). Inclination adjustment units are installed between the lifting units and the bottom surface of the upper structure. The bottom ends of the lifting units are integrally connected to a lower structure(110), and the upper structure is integrally connected to the lower structure. Connectors are installed in the bottom of the lifted upper structure and support the upper structure.
