<p>PURPOSE: A piston device for a reciprocating compressor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the operation straightness of a piston by preventing the lateral twisting of a resonance spring. CONSTITUTION: A piston device for a reciprocating compressor comprises a reciprocating motor, a piston(20), and a resonance spring. The reciprocating motor comprises a stator core and a magnet holder. The coil for the formation of a magnetic field is wound in the stator core. The magnet holder supports a magnet placed in an air gap of the stator core and moves in a reciprocating motion. The piston is coupled with the magnet holder of the reciprocating motor. The resonance spring flexibly supports the piston. The piston is comprised of a body, a flange(422), and a spring supporting part(423).</p> |
