PURPOSE: A ground-source heat pump is provided to efficiently use a space is provided to change the water of a hot water tank into hot water and supply the hot water according to need and to improve spatial utilization by package type assembly. CONSTITUTION: A ground-source heat pump comprises a ground-source heat exchanger(1), a hot water heat-exchanger(2), a cooling/heating heat exchanger(3), a compressor(4), a four-way valve(5), an expansion valve(6), and a refrigerant circulation pipe. The compressor and the four-way valve are connected through a first refrigerant circulation pipe(7). The four-way valve comprises a second refrigerant circulation pipe(8). The refrigerant circulates through the first refrigerant circulation pipe and the second refrigerant circulation pipe. The ground-source heat exchanger and a heating-cooling unit are installed in the second refrigerant circulation pipe. The ground-source heat exchanger exchanges heat with the ground-source circulating pipe. The heating-cooling unit is made of a cooling/heating heat exchanger with being connected to a cooling-heating pipe(13). The circulating water circulates in a cooling-and-heating spot through the cooling-heating pipe by an indoor pump(11).
