PURPOSE: A device for preventing gas leak is provided to control the opening and closing a gas cutoff valve by controlling the power supplied to a motor using a cam drive unit and a motor circuit unit. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing gas leak comprises a cutoff valve(109), a cam drive unit(110), and a motor circuit unit. The motor circuit unit supplies a power source(116) to a motor(1101) using a first motor circuit(1501), a second motor circuit(1502), or a third motor circuit(1503). The first motor circuit has an A cam switch(113), a pressure switch(115), and a B cam switch(111). The A cam switch is operated by an A cam(110A). The pressure switch is installed between the cutoff valve and a combustion unit of a gas actuator(102). The B cam switch is operated by a B cam(110B).
