PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement communication using a relay node RN without holding KeNB in the relay node RN.SOLUTION: A mobile communication method includes the following steps: an exchange station MME transmits "Attach Accept" including KeNB to the relay node RN in response to received "Attach Request"; the relay node RN transmits KeNB to a radio base station DeNB without holding it; the radio base station DeNB generates K_RRCint, K_RRCenc and K_UPenc on the basis of the received KeNB and transmits only K_RRCint and K_RRCenc to the relay node RN; and the relay node RN stores the received K_RRCint and K_RRCenc. |
