PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductor capable of eliminating contact failures with respect to a grounding side member and increasing the contact area with the grounding side member, and to provide a circuit board and an electrical apparatus.SOLUTION: The conductor for making a circuit board 7 contact with a grounding side member 6 is provided with a flexible part 80, of which the thickness of the one face and the other face becomes thinner because of its flexibility between one face contacting with the grounding side member and the other face which is fixed with the circuit board 7. The flexible part 80 has a flexible member 81 and a flexible sheet 82 enclosing the foamed member 81, and the flexible part 80 is held by a protective conductor 83 and the protective conductor 83 is fixed to the circuit board 7.
