PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition in which the extreme pressure property of the grease composition containing sodium thiosulfate is fully maintained, and abrasion resistance is raised while controlling the generation of rust.SOLUTION: (1) In the grease composition comprising 0.05-30 wt.% of sodium thiosulfate, 0.1-5 wt.% of (A) a calcium sulfonate is blended based on the total composition. (2) Further, in the grease composition described in (1), 0.1-5 wt.% of (B) a benzotriazole is blended based on the total composition. (3) In the grease composition described (1) or (2), a thickener is at least one sort chosen from a urea based compound, a lithium soap, a lithium compound soap, and an aluminum compound soap. |
