PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent welding dust generated when bonding a case and a terminal board by electric welding, from entering the case, in manufacturing an ultrasonic transducer.SOLUTION: The case 10 is brought into close contact for fitting with a terminal board 12 on two surfaces in a coaxial direction and a perpendicular direction to a fitting direction, so that the center axis accuracy of the case 10 and the terminal board 12 is improved, and machining accuracy of laser bonding is improved. Also, the contact distance between the case 10 and the terminal board 12 is increased, entry of the welding dust to the case 10 can be prevented, and no short-circuit occurs between an electrode surface 8 and the terminal board 12 due to the welding dust. |
