PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for commercial message and self-propagation to a driver by displaying an image or a moving image with a wheel while a vehicle is running, and to provide a means which has such technology that an image is formed continuing to change colors while rotating a plurality of color LED lights, but which requires fixed rotary speed, but in which rotary speed of the vehicle wheel is not always fixed, an output of the image or animation is not affected even though acceleration or deceleration is performed, also, the output of the image or animation is updated without stopping the driven vehicle.SOLUTION: Such operation is achieved that an output color of each LED light is decided by measuring positions of wheels using a hall effect sensor by applying principle of LED persistence of vision to vehicle wheels. Also, such operation is achieved that the output of the image or the animation is updated without stopping the vehicle by transmitting a wireless (RF) signal. |
