PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating soundproof panel used as the columns, walls, floors, and ceilings of a building and having a depressurized or evacuated hollow part.SOLUTION: An SPC steel sheet pipe 4 is formed in an SPC square hollow panel 1 by compression by a press. Recessed ribs are provided to the upper and lower flat surfaces of the SPC square hollow panel 1. The SPC square hollow panel 1 is inserted into a 304 S/S square round pipe 6. Next, the pipe is compressed by a press to press-form the pipe while uniformly fitting to the entire surface of the SPC square hollow panel 1 stored therein. A panel body 7 thus formed is integrally formed as a square panel having a flange 5 on the outer side. The pipe opening sides of the panel body 7 which are fitted by the compression by a press are welded. Lastly, a hole is made in the panel body 7, the inside of the hollow panel is depressurized or evacuated through the hole, and the hole is completely closed to provide an insulating soundproof panel. |
