PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide urine from a user to center of a diaper regardless of a posture of the user, in a urinary drainage pad which guides urine from the female user.SOLUTION: A women's urinary drainage pad 1 is attached to a female genital of the user on an inside of the disposable diaper to guide urine from the user to a prescribed area. The urinary drainage pad 1 includes a cup-like urinary drainage portion 11 and a pair of sheetlike adhesive portions 12 which spreads toward the right and left from the urinary drainage portion 11. A pair of adhesive portions 12 adheres to right and left of vulvas of the female genital, thereby the urinary drainage portion 11 faces the female genital and protrudes directed away from the female genital. In the urinary drainage pad 1, the urine from the user passes through an inside of the urinary drainage portion 11, and is derived from a first opening 115 and a pair of second openings 116 to the exterior and guided to the center of the disposable diaper regardless of the posture of the user. As a result, leak of urine from a space between a groin of the user and the disposable diaper can be prevented. |
