PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool capable of effectively cleaning a flat part, a one-step depressed part and a deep part where a hand cannot be put in, respectively.SOLUTION: A cleaning member 4 including a cleaning body 3 formed of the group of brush bristles 2 on a peripheral side face is attached to the front end part 1A of a handle member 1 which is roughly in an inverted dog leg shape in the side view, and mounting means 5 for mounting the cleaning member 4 on the front end face of the handle member 1 in the state of being freely rotatable around the axis X1 of the front end part 1A of the handle member 1 is provided at the front end part 1A of a handle member 1.
