The invention relates to an electrical system including an actuator (7) for executing an action when an electrical interlocking signal is activated, a processor (10) for managing an electrical signal for controlling the action, and a device (2) for activating the electrical interlocking signal when the electrical control signal is activated. In order to securely execute the action, the system further includes a monitoring member (4) generating an electrical state signal having an alternating value indicative of a state of the vehicle in which the action can be executed and a continuous value indicative of a state of the vehicle in which the action cannot be executed. A first chain comprises a detection apparatus element (1) connected between the monitoring member (4) and the device (2), and a second chain also comprises a qualification software element (11) connected between the monitoring member (4) and the device (2) for generating first and second monitoring signals, respectively, each retranscribing the value of the state signal. The device (2) activates the electrical interlocking signal if the first and second control signals each retranscribe the value of the state signal indicating a state of the vehicle enabling the execution of the action.
