According to the present invention, a pet toilet device having a noctilucent function comprises: a net on which a pet excretes, and which has a plurality of through-holes; a frame which has a hollow portion into which the net penetrates and a stepped portion with a predetermined height, formed along the outer circumference of the hollow portion; and a base which has a receiving surface for receiving the net, and which is disposed below the frame, wherein either the net or the receiving surface of the base has a noctilucent portion coated with a noctilucent material. The pet toilet device having a noctilucent function according to the present invention enables pets with relatively poor eyesight to easily discriminate the pet toilet device in a dark place or during the night, and thus trains pets to steadily excrete on the device. The pet toilet device of the present invention has an overall round shape to prevent pets from excreting in a specific direction or from wandering around on the toilet device in search of a place to excrete. |
