<p>A cross-domain resource and admission control method is provided. The method includes: after receiving the user request, the user visited network notifies the user home network (31); after receiving the notification from the user visited network, according to the user subscription information, the user home network makes the initial policy rule and returns it to the user visited network (32); according to the initial policy rule made by the user home network, the user visited network makes the final admission decision (33). A cross-domain resource and admission control system is provided accordingly. In the case that the home network operator does not publish its user data to the visited network operator completely, according to the user subscription information, the user visited network performs the authorization checking and makes the initial policy decision, then the user visited network makes the final admission decision, so that the present invention can improve the user experience while ensuring the benefit of the home network operator.</p> |
