PURPOSE: Dumplings containing fresh platycodon grandiflorum juice in a dumpling filing are provided to reduce the oily taste of the dumplings generated from ingredients including pork. CONSTITUTION: Dumplings comprises the following: a dumpling filing produced by mixing grinded pork, dried radish, Chinese noodles, Korean leek, onion, spring onion, sea tangle, sesame, sugar, pepper, ginger, garlic, and fresh platycodon grandiflorum juice; and dumpling skin covering the mixed dumpling filing. |
