PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting person is provided to detect a person, number of person, and clothes by checking a pose of a detected person. CONSTITUTION: A comparison unit(107) detects each part of integrated image which matches with pre-stored person part as an person's body part. A decision unit(113) identify a person by the combination of the person's body part. A detection unit(115) detects a color information according to each parts of the identified person based on color image of an image processor(105). The detection unit detects the pose information of the adjudged individual based on the pose information. |
