PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for providing a terminal service using a virtual internet protocol address are provided to prevent the service restriction caused by the overlapping of an IP address by accessing an application server after allocating a virtual IP address necessary to drive a web application for each terminal session. CONSTITUTION: According to the application execution request of a user terminal(20), a terminal service providing unit(230) receives a virtual IP address. The terminal service providing unit is connected to an application server(24) through the allocated virtual IP address. The terminal service providing unit provides the user terminal with an application execution result. A virtual IP allocation unit(232) allocates virtual IP addresses which are different depending on a terminal session.
