PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-operate and multi-functional cellular telephone device, with one key function of reduced, by increasing the absolute number of keys on a key control section. SOLUTION: The cellular telephone device comprises: a first casing having at least a receiver and a display; and a second casing having at least a transmitter and a key control section, both casings rotatably connected by a junction. At least two different sides of the first casing has a display, respectively, and at least two different sides of the second casing has a key control section, respectively. Even in a state where one of the displays of the first casing and one of the key control sections of the second casing face each other, at least the other display can be seen, and at least the other key control section can be operated.
