摘要 FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacturing technique of coffee substitutes. Recipe components are prepared. Girasol and pears are cut, dried in microwave oven till residual humidity about 20% at microwave field power providing warming of raw material inside the bits till temperature 80-90C during at least an hour and fried. Rye grains and soya are fried. Girasol, rye grains, soya, cacao husks and pears are mixed in a weight ratio of 4:4:5:5:2. The produced mixture is cryomilled in liquid nitrogen. ^ EFFECT: invention allows to produce a new coffee drink from non-traditional raw materials according to wasteless technology.
