PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for developing electrostatic charge image, which shows good charge rising, forms a printed image having high density without being affected by the printing environment, and having excellent transfer property even in a high temperature and high humidity environment.SOLUTION: The toner for developing electrostatic charge image contains at least a resin and carbon black, wherein the carbon black has a chemically bonded functional group having an alkylene oxide skeleton, and the amount of carboxyl groups present on the particle surface of the toner for developing electrostatic charge image ranges from 2.5×10to 2.5×10mol/g. |
