PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely reduce the possibility for printing wrong date and time resulting from the change with time or a sudden failure of an RTC (time check exclusive chip) when the date and time for a manufactured date or a pull date and so forth are printed using the RTC of an IJP.SOLUTION: An inkjet recording apparatus 1 includes a plurality of the RTCs 14 and 14 mounted on the IJP, and uses an RTC diagnostic program which discriminates whether the date and the time obtained from the RTC show normal values within the tolerance of the RTC, and when the normal values are not shown, does not perform printing and transmits the abnormal signal to the production equipment side. The production equipment side stops the production line of a to-be-printed article when an abnormal signal is transmitted from the IJP. |
