PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal control circuit for avoiding an excessive surge current stress in a switching element, and increasing the flexibility in selecting the switching elements.SOLUTION: In the signal control circuit, a voltage between the gate and source of the switching element at a low side is monitored, and timing for output of a gate signal to the switching element at a high side is generated according to the detected voltage between the gate and source of the switching element at the low side. |
