PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet carrying device, a sheet reader and a sheet carrying control method capable of improving the convenience of a user.SOLUTION: The sheet carrying device has a sheet carrying means for carrying sheets from a sheet intake port by simultaneous driving while separating the sheets one by one, and a sheet carrying control means for controlling the sheet carrying means so as to change a carrying speed of the sheets. The sheet carrying control means controls so as to lower a carrying speed of a succeeding sheet more than a carrying speed of a preceding sheet after setting the sheet in the sheet intake port. |
