PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a conventional 360° type toothbrush uses a washer to thereby require a lot of time for assembling work and it has a problem in cost reduction, and in a method of setting projected parts on the round brush side faces, reasonable spaces cannot be secured between bristles to delay drying of the brush after brushing causing hygienic problems.SOLUTION: A soft mount 2 which has extensible properties and includes recesses and projected parts on the outer periphery part and small through-hole around the center is manufactured. After inserting the suitable number of sheets of round brush elements into the recess parts, a brush insertion shaft 3a set on the distal end of a toothbrush handle 3 is inserted into the small hole 2b of the soft mount 2 and the soft mount 2 is expanded toward the outer periphery direction. Then the distal end part is fixed by soft caulking to form the 360° type toothbrush. |
