PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an abnormal gradation caused by a light emitting element of always-not-emitting while easily attaining a high resolution in a light emitting device of multiple exposure.SOLUTION: The light emitting device 100 is provided with a plurality of unit circuits U, data lines 2, control circuits 50 and memories 80. The unit circuit U includes the light emitting element P, and inputs designation data for designating the emission luminescence, and actuates the light emitting element P based on the data. The control circuit 50 feeds the designation data concerning a fixed number of spot images to the data line 2, and makes the data transmitted to each of a fixed number of unit circuits U located in a line in the first pitch along the advance direction of a photosensitive face 302. Between adjoining unit circuits U among a fixed number of unit circuits U, the emission period is shifted at a fixed period. The fixed period and the first pitch are determined so that a fixed number of spot images may lap mutually. The unit circuit U of always-not-emitting inputs the designation data which makes the light emitting element P into not-emitting. |
