PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid cooling device in a closed type free from the possibility of process water contamination, providing heat exchanger efficiency equivalent to or more than that of an open type and having a compact structure as a whole.SOLUTION: The liquid cooling device 1 comprises; a horizontally long casing 2 in which cooling liquid passes through an inner lower part and air passes through the inner side above the inner lower part; a rotating cylindrical body 4 made of a material with high thermal conductivity and laterally installed within the casing 2 and inside of which cooled liquid passes through; and heat transfer fins 5 protruded in an outer peripheral part of the rotating cylindrical body 4 and each having a portion coming into contact with the cooling liquid when positioned on the lower side during rotation of the rotating cylindrical body 4. |
