PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant voltage circuit capable of operating stably even when an output current widely changes from a minute current to a large current.SOLUTION: To stabilize operation of an error amplifier circuit 3, a phase compensation circuit 4 having an NMOS transistor M21, which serves as a variable resistor correcting a phase difference between an input and an output of the error amplifier circuit 3, and a capacitor C21 detects an output current IOUT output from an output terminal OUT, and a resistance value r21 of an on-resistance of the NMOS transistor M21 is varied according to a current value of the detected output current IOUT so that a predetermined relationship is established between the change in the on-resistance of the NMOS transistor M21 and the change in the detected current value. |
